Another good lesson Ryan. Filming is a very useful tool when you have the time to film and review it. We should work towards doing it more often. I have not done this very often myself since it was not very easy to do the first 20 plus years of my career. However I did and still do recommend that people watch each other regularly. Someone else observing can see the whole picture and give information that can benefit the trainer and animal.

  I found in my early career as well that the equivalent was really detailed note taking. Not quite the same as filming but helped to identify patterns and possible areas to improve.
